These Terms and Conditions apply to the halfgirlfriend.ai app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by Shivaraj Patil ("Service Provider") as a Freemium service. By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them thoroughly before using the Application. These terms are effective as of 2025-01-01.

• Age Requirement: Users must be 18 or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Application. • AI-Generated Content: All interactions and outputs are fictional, synthetic, and not human. • Prohibited Uses: You may not use the Application for harassment, illegal activities, or to circumvent safety filters. • Unauthorized copying, modification, or extraction of the Application’s source code, translation into other languages, or creation of derivative versions is prohibited. • All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

• You have 24 hours after payment to request a refund. No refunds will be issued after this period. • Refunds are not available for technical issues originating from the user’s device. • Only subscriptions purchased via credit card are eligible for refunds. • To request a refund, contact support@halfgirlfriend.ai.

The Application uses third-party services with their own Terms and Conditions:

• The Application enforces strict 18+ verification through credit card or ID checks. • There is zero tolerance for minors. Any detected underage access will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities. • Parents or guardians should contact support@halfgirlfriend.ai to report underage access.

• Users can flag content for review by contacting support@halfgirlfriend.ai. • Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours for illegal or abusive material. • AI-generated content violating guidelines will be filtered or removed.

The following content is prohibited: • Child exploitation, non-consensual acts, bestiality, or violence. • Hate speech, harassment, or copyright infringement. • Attempts to circumvent AI safety filters.

• Submit takedown notices to shivrajp130@gmail.com, including a description of the copyrighted work, the infringing content’s URL, and contact information. • Counter-notice procedures are available for disputes.

• Submit complaints via support@halfgirlfriend.ai. • Complaints are escalated to abuse, privacy, or legal teams as needed. • We aim to respond within 72 hours.

• All content is AI-generated and does not involve real performers. • The Application is exempt under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and we maintain records of synthetic content creation tools.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. Avoid jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction. • Some functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced functionality due to lack of connectivity or data limits. • You are responsible for any charges from your mobile provider, including roaming data charges when using the Application outside your home territory. • Ensure your device remains charged to access the Service. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues due to device battery depletion.

• The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate but relies on third-party information and accepts no liability for losses due to reliance on its functionality. • The Service Provider may modify the Application or charge for services at any time, with clear communication of any charges. • The Application’s system requirements may change, requiring updates to continue use. The Service Provider does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with all devices or operating systems.

• The Service Provider reserves the right to ban users violating these terms or policies. • The Service Provider may cease providing the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must stop using and delete the Application.

• The Application is provided "AS IS" with no warranty for AI behavior or performance. • Users assume all risks related to NSFW content and Application use. • The Service Provider accepts no liability for direct or indirect losses resulting from Application use.

• The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page, and you are advised to review it regularly. • Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
